Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Return Process

Prepare the Package: Pack the item(s) securely and include a copy of the invoice.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it’s defective or the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund: Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The return will be processed as a refund.
